As a Department Analyst in the HVTI, your work as a caregiver starts in the office, where you will focus on invoicing, preparing, updating and monitoring clinical research projects. Your dedication and efforts help bolster our Research and Data Departments, making you invaluable and integral to our ability to continue providing exceptional patient care across the world.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
- Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets and programs.
- Prepare reports based on analysis.
- Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact.
- Identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
- Develop special reports and recommendations.
- Assist with the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.
- Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain awareness of and comply with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field and one year of statistical analysis experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and three years of experience OR Master’s Degree
- Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:
- Requires extensive sitting and dexterity to perform work on a PC.
- Typical physical demands include ability to sit, stand or walk extensively.

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $20.77
Maximum hourly: $31.68
