Mohs Surgeon

The Dermatology Department at Cleveland Clinic is currently seeking a well-qualified Mohs Surgeon for a full-time faculty position. The successful applicant must be Board Certified in Dermatology with advanced fellowship training in Mohs Surgery and be board-certified or board-eligible in Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology (ACGME). A strong commitment to delivering outstanding clinical care, a collaborative spirit, and a strong interest in teaching residents and fellows are essential.
As a Mohs surgeon, you will be responsible for performing Mohs micrographic surgery to treat skin cancers with precision and care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct thorough patient consultations, educate patients about the Mohs procedure and post-operative care, and interpret and diagnose tissue samples to ensure complete removal of cancerous cells. Additionally, you will provide follow-up care, monitor patients’ progress post-surgery, maintain accurate and detailed medical records, stay current with advancements in dermatologic surgery, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.
