Radiation Oncology Physicist

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital is actively seeking Radiation Oncology Physicists to join their team in Vero Beach, Florida. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a world-class health system in a vibrant and family-friendly coastal community.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical physics support for external beam therapy, including treatment planning

Participate in high and low dose rate brachytherapy procedures
-
Contribute to stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) programs

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, physicists, and dosimetrists
-
Utilize advanced equipment such as TrueBeam linear accelerators, GammaMed HDR units, Xoft IORT systems, and Siemens CT simulators
Qualifications:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Medical Physics

Board certification in Medical Physics or eligibility for certification

Strong clinical experience in external beam therapy and brachytherapy

Experience with SRS/SBRT
