As a Project Manager in the Neurological Institute, you will manage various phases of assigned projects, coordinate team activities and accomplish objectives by planning and evaluating strategies.   

 

A caregiver in this position works varying shifts from 8:00AM—5:00PM. 

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Prepare and complete action plans.  

  • Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.  

  • Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine system improvements and implement change. 

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. 

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating projects OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • Project Management (PMP) Certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

  • May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.

  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $25.13

Maximum hourly: $38.33
