As Program Manager II for the Center for Youth and College Education, you will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of designated programs, ensuring effective systems, procedures, and operational efficiency. In this role, you will manage a variety of K–12 education initiatives, including boot camps, academic work-study programs, senior projects, field trips, and other outreach efforts throughout the school year. You will travel to regional hospital sites (east, west, and south) as needed, support system onboarding, and coordinate multiple academic and enrichment programs. This position serves as a liaison between the department and external community partners, provides coaching and mentorship to staff, and contributes to the budgetary process to support program goals and organizational objectives.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m., with an on-site schedule of 3–5 days per week depending on seasonal demand. (typically 3 days during slower periods and up to 5 days during peak summer months).
A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.

Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.

Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

Allocate time to meet completion requirements.

Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training

OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience

OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience

Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

Systems experience (WD, Clinician nexus, onboarding)
Physical Requirements:

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.

In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50
