As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly assists in the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison across various departments, you will identify opportunities to facilitate an efficient workplace where fellow caregivers can support patients and deliver world-class treatments. This is a hybrid role with in-person days + training hosted at CC Administrative Campus in Beachwood, OH. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.  

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives. 
  • Update, monitor and manage databases. 
  • Develop scorecards/milestones to track progress and analyze project improvement and progress. 
  • Report discrepancies and variances. 
  • Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation. 
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. 
  • Attend meetings and records key outcomes. 
  • Support all office administrative functions. 
  • Develop and maintain updates. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Associate’s Degree and two years of administrative experience  
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience  
  • OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field 
  • Specific licensure based on department 
  • Healthcare or related organization experience 
  • Prior call center experience
  • Knowledge of EPIC
  • Neuro background

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
    • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
    • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
    • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
    • In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. 

    Pay Range

    Minimum hourly: $18.88

    Maximum hourly: $28.80
